Shipping & Returns
1. HOLIDAY ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Letasca is glad to offer you free shipping and gift wrapping. If you wish to receive your purchase before 24th December, we suggest you complete the order by: 12th Dec if you choose free Standard delivery. After these dates, regular delivery times may be subject to delays. Choose our free Signature Gift Packaging: your items will be elegantly wrapped and you can include a personal message. Prices will not be visible.
2. SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
Standard shipping is always free. Delivery usually takes 3-4 days from the date of purchase; it may require up to 3-4 extra days if we're shipping the items abroad. All delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout. We will notify you by email about delivery status and estimated delivery time. Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for three consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number. Please note working days are Monday through Friday during hours of business (9am to 5pm), exlcuding national holidays.
3. AREAS AND COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO
You can change the Country where you want your orders to be shipped from the top of the page. Please note that your Shopping Bag and Wish List are exclusive to each Country and will no longer be visible if you change location. If you change Country, you will need to select the items again. Our catalogue, shipping and payment methods may also be updated.
5. SPECIAL PACKAGING AND GIFTS
All our orders are shipped in our signature Fendi packaging and placed in a discreet cardboard box. If you're purchasing a gift, flag "This is a Gift" at checkout, before entering the delivery address. Your order will be elegantly wrapped and will include a distinctive Letasca design on the box. You can add a personal message if you wish. Gift orders can be shipped directly to the receiver, as prices will not be visible.
6. RETURNING A PURCHASE
Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order. Read more information on Terms and Condition of Sale. You will need your registered email and your order number to access the form. If you do not remember your order number then please check your order confirmation, it is a five-digit number placed on the left below the name and address field. If you still cannot log in please make sure the registered email address is the same as the one you are entering. Note - Your order number is marked as "External orderno: xxxxx" on your invoice. -Damaged products: The form for damaged items has to be enclosed with detailed images.
After filling in the form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse: Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return box is safely sealed. Attach the Return Label you received with your parcel to the outside of the box Return shipping is free of charge using our delivery service with SDA ( for Italy) and FedEX (the rest of the world) If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns. Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions.
7. REFUND TIMING
Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency. You should see the credit approximately wihin one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.
