Terms and Conditions
We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. You can pay with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard credit card, Visa-Electron. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges.
All prices can be displayed in the following currencies: - Dollar (Dll) - Euro (EUR) Checkout will however be performed in Euro (EUR) using the most current exchange rate at that point.
You can safely use your creditcard on our web shop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard. If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.
Tax / Tax free
All prices on letasca.com are including 25% EU VAT. Customers outside the EU are purchasing tax free (25 % off on given prices). The tax will be excluded in Checkout. Please also note that customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the product reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. LETASCA has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
Returnes / Exchange
You have 14 days from the day you received the product to return any unused items. You can also exchange an item to a different size or color. Just fill out our Return Form. If the item is sold out, you will however receive a full refund. The returned items must be in unused and original packaging with hangtags. On the Return Form, you can see what information we need from you, and where to send the goods. The customer is obliged to pay for the shipping, which can vary. If you wish to exchange an item to a different size or color you have 14 days from the day you received the product to exchange the item. Just fill out the Exchange form. We will then send you the exchanged item free of charge. If the item is sold out, we will instead give you a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer. Complaints and faulty delivered goods
If you have received a faulty item or the wrong product, you will be returned simply as described above. If we believe that your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product with free shipping and will refund your shipping costs equivalent to the postage for a B-letter. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item. For EU customers, if your case has been mistreated or we have not together reached a final solution, you can as a final doing submit a complaint to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
All items are shipped by parcel post with SDF or FedEx. You therefore have the opportunity to follow your package via track and trace from shipping it until it is delivered. Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service.
